What I like the most is the automated onboarding and offboarding, and automatic provisioning of apps and permissions. Smart workflow automations allows rule-based triggers and cross-system actions that eliminate repetitive admin tasks.
The biggest strengths are centralized employee records, streamlined payroll processing, and benefit administration. Having compliance-related documents and workflows in one place helps reduce errors and save time.
The system is well secured with 2 way verification. It adds peace to the user that their account will not be compromised. They also have quick and accommodating customer service.
Pricing can increase quickly. Add-on modules cost extra, and full functionality requires multiple subscriptions. While integrations are broad, some systems require workarounds.
There's not much I dislike but if I had to pick something, it would be that reporting and workflows can feel a bit limited and sometimes tricky to pull the data I need.
Though a reasonable amount, there are still deductions for the transfer of money. Conversion of the amount to our currency also varies with the difference provided.
