What I like the most is the automated onboarding and offboarding, and automatic provisioning of apps and permissions. Smart workflow automations allows rule-based triggers and cross-system actions that eliminate repetitive admin tasks.

The biggest strengths are centralized employee records, streamlined payroll processing, and benefit administration. Having compliance-related documents and workflows in one place helps reduce errors and save time.

I like the user interface as it is easy to navigate. Not too many options where it creates confusion. Everything is easily accessible.

Pricing can increase quickly. Add-on modules cost extra, and full functionality requires multiple subscriptions. While integrations are broad, some systems require workarounds.

There's not much I dislike but if I had to pick something, it would be that reporting and workflows can feel a bit limited and sometimes tricky to pull the data I need.

Some minor issues with updates. Were easily resolved in a timely manner.

We primarily use Rippling for our salary. Initially we were hesitant to switch to another platform as we are accustomed to the previous one. However, over time Rippling has exceeded our expectations. Personally, I consistently receive my salary on time without encountering transfer issues, thanks to its automated system. The fees are reasonable and I appreciate receiving notifications promptly once my salary has been deposited to my bank account. Kudos to Rippling for their excellent service!
