It is super user friendly and has a great app for use out in the field like many of our employees are. Awesome for PTO requests and management as well as general payroll services.
Ease of use, the customer service was great, easy to integrate.
I like that Rippling offers both a mobile app and a web version. Automation ensures data accuracy and no chance of manipulation. I like that Rippling helps our business remain labor compliant. Clock-in and clock-out is always easy.
There really aren't too many dislikes about this product. It is more expensive than what we were using before, but has a ton more capabilities than our last payroll software. We've only had one issue with their bank issuing paychecks, but that was quickly resolved.
Cost was a major factor in switching carriers. Was not able to make many changes within the system.
Rippling has so many benefits and no flaws.
