Not being able to download more than 500 documents at once; The overall UI is great and intuitive, however, in my opinion, the configuration pages for extensions are not that intuitive and sometimes can be a little bit hard to understand how it work.

In our specific case, we receive on average around 15 000 documents monthly and we were able to achieve 90% automation rate which is incredible. Rossum Interface Offers Intuitive Design but Faces Document Reading Challenges
I've found Rossum overall very intuitive to use and have managed to pick this up with little training. It reads documents relatively accurately and automates very time inefficient tasks well. Some documents it still struggles with however.
