All the Rossum staff members we have met so far were super helpful and great overall. We can see and feel that they really care about improving the software and helping their customers.
1-It has a good percentage of accuracy on OCR results 2-Very nice and user friendly frontend 3-Translation of text on the documents
The UI is really intuitive and simple. Even for people that usually take more time to understand how a new software/app works, in Rossum's case, we didn't see this happening, pretty much everyone knew how to use the tool from the start because it's really intuitive.
Not being able to download more than 500 documents at once; The overall UI is great and intuitive, however, in my opinion, the configuration pages for extensions are not that intuitive and sometimes can be a little bit hard to understand how it work.
Our biggest challenge with the product has been the integrations part. It requires a high level of technical knowledge on the solution to be able to achieve something. Even a simple SFTP interface is significantly more complex to configure in comparison with other solutions. From a developers perspective it requires a lot of knowledge on the tool to be able to do any work. Not all uses cases are possible of implementation with this tool compared with other solutions.
i think the things I dislike the most are: - lack of a mobile app; - datasets being limited to 50mb - lack of a feature to allow configuring automatic re-extractions of documents in To Review status

Rossum has a really easy and intuitive Interface which makes it really easy and fast for new people to understand how it works. In our specific case, we receive on average around 15 000 documents monthly and we were able to achieve 90% automation rate which is incredible. Rossum Interface Offers Intuitive Design but Faces Document Reading Challenges
I've found Rossum overall very intuitive to use and have managed to pick this up with little training. It reads documents relatively accurately and automates very time inefficient tasks well. Some documents it still struggles with however.
