Total Agility keeps improving in newer versions. Extracting metadata works quite well. Users like working with Total Agility.
The fact that on top of the very good OCR capabilities, they provide a platform for managing the exceptions in an efficient and user friendly way.
- Even though the product is low-code in nature, complex business processes require a heavy level of customisations. - The UI customisation is limited and lacks some key functionalities necessary for day-to-day operational teams. - Overall Positive ROI requires long-term, large-scale implementation.
Configuring the tool is quite tedious. Jobs often fail without a clear reason. Difficult upgrade process.
The cost is normally pretty high. Having said this, we managed to negotiate a long term deal for a package of licenses that works well with our Procurement.
