The KTA platform is very flexible and allows us to design and modify workflows without significant redevelopment effort, which has been particularly valuable as requirements evolve. At times, the initial configuration and performance tuning for more complex processes can require specialized knowledge and troubleshooting can take longer than expected.

I like the tool overall for its document extraction and processing capabilities, and how it benefits our mailroom. I have faced issues where multiple out of the box functionalities do not work for fairly straightforward use cases within the Transformation Designer.

Like: - Workflow Flexibility, where the platform makes it straightforward to design, modify and scale workflows as business requirements evolve. - Low code development, which allows rapid production ready automations easy to deploy. - Wide range of integration capabilities, allowing us to seamlessly integrate with our application ecosystem across the organisation.

I like how the product extracts handwritten text clearly and removes noise.

The fact that on top of the very good OCR capabilities, they provide a platform for managing the exceptions in an efficient and user friendly way.

- Even though the product is low-code in nature, complex business processes require a heavy level of customisations. - The UI customisation is limited and lacks some key functionalities necessary for day-to-day operational teams. - Overall Positive ROI requires long-term, large-scale implementation.

The cost is normally pretty high. Having said this, we managed to negotiate a long term deal for a package of licenses that works well with our Procurement.
