It is a good alternative to other complex CRM systems, it is easy to use and the interface is easy, overall the product is good for someone who has a small team (under 50) and has never setup a dynamic CRM in the past.

Like

Strong pipeline visibility linked to real financial outcomes, better cash flow forecasting across long project cycles and faster approval workflows for high value deals is what I like most about this platform.

Like

Easy interface and navigation, price is pretty cheap as compared to other competitors. Lead tracking for sales agents is easy to use and the integration with call apps is easy.

This is an easy to navigate B2B marketing automation solution that is excellent when it comes to streamlining our sales processes. Sales Execution CRM's customer support team is friendly and reachable.

Dislike

Delays in real-time financial syncing between systems.

Dislike

The report creation segment is very poor, you cannot create your own report views this hampers your ability to do analysis, their custom report function is also not great. (The function is called SIERA). The lead upload function is not great as it only gives you an error post upload which leads you to upload the whole file again. They are also constantly experimenting with different UIs on the manage lead segment which becomes difficult to navigate for sales agents.

Dislike

I have no dislikes for Sales Execution CRM.
