Salesforce Marketing Cloud was everything we needed to effectively take our lifecycle marketing programs from zero to hero. Journey Builder was my favorite part of SFMC. We were able to take basic batch & blast emails and build robust user journeys that helped drive substantial revenue growth across the business (via highly personalized communications that met users exactly where they were). Another improvement, was SFMC's ability to track revenue in a really robust way. We coupled that with our seals teams to follow up on leads and saw significant growth on the B2B side of the business as well.

Implementation was really challenging. We had a unique business case that encompassed an umbrella parent company and 12 sister companies that made the warming / onboarding process onto SFMC across all brands very challenging. Work with an implementation team and do not rush the process.
