    Salesforce community cloud provides a great collaboration tool in connecting customers and even partners. You have the ability to provide customers with 24/7 engagement tool. This process allowed our business to grow and gain more customer loyalty. In addition to this, we noticed how much the community plays a big role in raising higher sales conversions, faster resolution time in addition to faster time to market and less time in finding experts. You will be able to provide customers with a one-stop shop where customers can access their cases, view knowledge articles, engage in community discussions, submit their ideas to empower our products and engage with other customers. The success of the customer community cloud gave us an idea to create our own employee community and this has been an awesome experience for the employees.

    Needs better integration with Salesforce marketing features

    We were promised features that require customization -- not out of the box or easy to implement. It's made integrating across Salesforce products a real challenge for marketing purposes (ex: Community to Pardot).
