Salesloft is so easy to understand and highly customizable. The CRM and calendar integration features are also extremely useful, and I appreciate the book a meeting page it provides.

1) Notifications about every action my prospects are doing either on calls or emails 2) No need for manual work as SalesLoft syncs very well with the CRM 3) Love the fact that they provide performance insights quite well for everything I am doing on a daily basis with weekly to monthly updates on how I am doing my job.
Salesloft has an AI-assisted writing feature, but last time I checked, it only works in English. Another limitation is that you can't set up a cadence that copies your team members along with the prospect's email automatically, instead, Salesloft users are required to do this one by one. Also, the meeting link Salesloft provides only allows for a single meeting length option. It would be beneficial to be able to offer multiple options such as 30 or 45 minutes.
can't add internal emails to their email platform. always searching for new people after phone calls
1) The downloadable reports can be better, they are quite rigid and set in ways I cannot change, I prefer customizable reports that I can download. 2) There's a limit on the amount of emails I can send in a day but that is most probably set by the admin at my company so that's mostly a minor issue. 3) There can be increased flexibility when it comes to email templates & the analytics windows 4) The glitches are quite few but when they happen it is quite annoying as it takes quite a lot of time to get better but they rarely happen
