“Speedy Communication in Drift Marred by Routing Problems”

Overall I've had a positive experience with Drift, especially when it comes to email notifications and Slack integration. The ability to get real-time notifications via email and in Slack means I can respond to prospects almost instantly, reducing any potential waiting time for them. This has definitely helped streamline communication and improve sales via response time. However, we've encountered some issues with routing, which has caused some friction between some of our teams. The miscommunication resulting from these routing issues has occasionally created confusion for both our internal teams and our customers/prospects. This has been a bit of a setback in terms of ensuring asmooth, consistent communcation across the board. All in all, while the speed and ease of communication is great, I do feel like the routing issues need attention whether that's our Salesforce integration or something on the application end.

Learning curve for new users: The interface is pretty intuitive, but some deeper functions could benefit from more guidance oe clearer documentation to avoid mistakes early on.
