Ability to cover a quite wide set of business processes with some level of customization, but also industry specific templates. Market Position with product widely known to end users and massive consultancy base. Straightforward product architecture.
I like the options to change the layout of the reports as per the requirement and there are multiple themes as well from which we can select the one which feels good to our eyes
SAP cloud ERP is basically targeting the mid-market/SMEs for rapid cloud adoption.
Whilst stability is appreciated, it blocks innovation in modernizing data structures and newer technologies, in particular enabling true AI integration. Commercial models in the wider ERP context have become quite complex. Due to market position and complexity of the product, I see their support struggling with newer addendums to the solution.
Learning the difficult SAP codes, these could be something related to the report, Like Zalt_balance could be Zalt_TB.
