The main weakness is if you set the auto add feature to the Bill of Material on an asset the everything bought for that asset is added. (Gloves, tape etc:)

    Fantastic - Ai is the way forward

    Love the Ai aspect of this product - more services will be adding this as Ai becomes the norm, but for us this was a game changer. Helped to confirm the availability of parts and find local technicians as well as being a huge bonus for customers who are able to be far better informed than before as the service is much more intuitive than our previous offering. Helped us to streamline dispatch which will eventually save us money in the long term.
