What I like most about the product is its ability to streamline field service operations through effective scheduling and real-time visibility. The integration with other SAP systems and the ease of tracking work orders and technician activities significantly improve efficiency and overall service quality.
You can build it, but like any program, the more you put in, the more you get out of the product.
excellent scheduling and dispatch optimization, intuitive mobile support for technicians, and seamless integration with SAP ecosystem
The aspect I find least favorable is that some features can be a bit rigid and may require extensive customization to fit specific business processes. Additionally, there are certain performance issues, like slow load times for large datasets or limited offline functionality in some areas.
The main weakness is if you set the auto add feature to the Bill of Material on an asset the everything bought for that asset is added. (Gloves, tape etc:)
initial configuration can require some effort, and there is room for further simplify certain UI elements and customization processes
