SAP in general is a pretty complex tool, therefore even add-ins have extensive transactional capabilities which may be hard to use at first. Sometimes it feels like the system was not designed to be the most user-friendly.

We have approximately 20 fullfilment centers far from each other. And we have lots of rules for all stores and accrording to categories. So, we need to optimize our cargo amount. Good capabilities, but implementation is very expensive
SAP is fully functional but a really hard product to implement for mid-sized vendors such as us. The cost of implementation is very high compared to the ongoing product costs.
