The system brought a robust level of data and process quality control, as well as significant gains in compliance and accountability, with approval workflows being carried out directly on the platform.

The vendor itself has been responsive, but overall I have not been super impressed with Semarchy as a platform, but I do believe a lot of it is due to the implementation we have and the processes we have developed. I think if we had architected the solution better then it would be a better tool for our purposes.

Good implementation model and strategy. Flexible resourses. We as a customer are challanging and the implementation was cross divisions and funktional areas. Level of MDM understanding varied from very low to very high. Stibo handled this well and offered to adapt agreed implementation strategy as project progressed. Implementation included migrating from exisiting MDM platforms for core data and a PIM system customized for online publishing. Using 3rd party skills the gap in data models and information model could be closed. Documentation of delivered solution not up to standard. The delivered workflows and business rules setup in the system were not completely documented by Stibo. This is a vital piece missing in the implementation. We have a highly integrated IT environment with multiple ERP, DW and MPS systems. A lot of time was spent on integration in the project for data going out. Strategy taken was to transform and convert data before it reach target system to minimize number of applications impacted by roll-out Complexity of IT implementation was not recorded properly before project start. Initially IT was not in the project and it was treated as a pure business project. At the end IT did most job and had to solve a lot of tasks.

EBX has had its ups and downs over the last 11 years that I have developed on the platform, however overall it has been a positive experience. We started MDM as basically an experiment and grew to incorporate nearly every financial corner of our enterprise. At this point we no longer have to seek out work from the business, as they come to us.

Using Profisee has been a great experience for our teams and use cases. It fits into our data platform extremely well and helps us solve two important needs: 1. Master Data Management - Removing excel managed solutions for various banking data domains 2. Customer Groupings - Creating golden record copies of customers from various source systems and grouping those customers together for relationship analysis. Both of these functions provide better data quality for downstream reporting and analytics processes.

My overall experience with Reltio Data Cloud has been positive. The platform provides a modern approach to MDM and has helped centralize and standardize master data across multiple domains. I found it especially valuable for improving data quality, supporting governance efforts, and creating a more unified view of key business entities.

It has the flexibility and power of having PIM, MDM, CMS and DAM in a single unified platform.
