Callidus has some in depth funcationlity but the more you try and change it the more it feels slow. Our sales ops team has had a number of issues they have tried to resolve over time and the resolution is slow.

Callidus cloud sales has an excellent interface that allows you to visualize all aspects of sales performance management, we can modify sales behavior so that it adapts to the company's objectives, streamlines the sales compensation process and makes payments quickly, in addition to allowing personalization by representative if necessary. I can establish performance indicators that allow me to establish goals, and thus generate opportunities with greater commitment and follow them through the program and thus improve the sales process in the company, how much with the ability to make reports and show them and thus discuss them With the team in order to improve the strategies used in the process, I must emphasize that the evaluations of sales representatives can be done in real time during the observations of each of them and also automate the process of configuration, prices and quotation, and helps sales representatives to close larger negotiations, in less time and with higher profit margins

What bothers me most is the very long wait time - the performance is really poor, and there is an app version but it is very bad and users don't use it

    It is a platform that allows sales to work correctly. It includes that the sales and marketing department works in a fluid and aligned manner. You can define and monitor the sales funnels of the company and it is a service that can be used by all the staff that needs it. Because if it requires training it is very flexible and adaptable.
