Ease of use both from end user and administrator position

Dislike

Because it's so simple in the beginning, many managers and HRBPs don't know the level of customization you can utilize. Wished there was also more visualization and dashboard ability for slicing and dicing data. Support is great when you get ahold of them but getting in touch with them can be somewhat challenging.

1. Its user interface can be further modernized with current web features and new UI capabilities. 2. Comfiguration and implementation can be more complex than others. 3. Report and analytics capabilities should be expanded further in terms of depth of analysis for strategic decision making
