Ease of use both from end user and administrator position
Because it's so simple in the beginning, many managers and HRBPs don't know the level of customization you can utilize. Wished there was also more visualization and dashboard ability for slicing and dicing data. Support is great when you get ahold of them but getting in touch with them can be somewhat challenging.
