I like that you can integrate it through our existing company database and we were able to add more features to it including performance reviews, appraisals and internal training. We also collaborated with the training team to customize it even more.
Scalability is the biggest plus of this product. Deep integration with the SAP ecosystem. Enterprise grade security and compliance.
Sometimes new functionality is introduced without considering the impact to the customer
It goes slow once in a while during deployment.
Though comprehensive, outdated and unintuitive user experience. US feels definitely outdated and inconsistent across modules. Limited flexibility. Slower innovation velocity vs. new startups.
