The top standout point of SAP SuccessFactors HCM for me is that it has a very good learning management system. It has very well made modules for employees like performance threshold and criteria for the promotion. and the rules and regulations of the company. SAP SuccessFactors HCM data security system is very good and it has features that ensures the safety of the data and make sure data encryption remains strong.
it's fairly straightforward to use
I really like how the software is customizable where I can add and remove tabs, change the themes, etc. I also like how SuccessFactors provides a wide variety of training courses, where I can look up different topics as well. Furthermore, the program also gives us the ability to add goals to stay on track at work. This software helps me improve my overall performance at work.
SAP SuccessFactors HCM is not very easy to setup and it takes some time to learn, especially for those firms who are small in size. Also, it is not easy to learn quickly for first time users as its interface is very complex and provides too much information and options.
The look and feel of the screen contents
I dislike that, at times, SuccessFactors becomes slow when there is a high quality training course open. Also, at times, I have seen that the courses listed were not all up to date, where some fields were missing information. Also, some courses were too long to complete in one sitting. However, these issues are not much of a problem since I find the software very beneficial overall.
