Rippling has overall been a huge upgrade for me. I used to have very minimal control of timesheets for employees, and couldn't override much so I felt stuck sometimes. I've felt much more freedom with Rippling Time & Attendance. Half of our employees are hourly, so this has been a great resource. The policies, customization, and management are all up to snuff. Employees get a clear expectation of their time tracking and time off, so they know exactly what they'll be paid for the period. And I get a high level few to make sure everyone has their hours in and are abiding to policies.

While the reporting engine is powerful, inconsistencies in the user experience and approval logic reduce efficiency for managers and finance team. Overall. Clockify delivers good value, but operational workflows could be more refined.
