ScienceLogic SL1 has fundamentally changed the way we monitor and maintain our clients' environments, from the depth and breadth of monitoring enabled on the base Power Packs to the more advanced features of integrating systems into Business Services give both us and our clients a new way of investigating the environment as well as pin pointing potential issues. The Triage and Remediation RBA's have greatly reduced our MTTR and returned time to our time which further improves our clients environments.

I would not recommend either ScienceLogic or their software. We're forever promised fixes in the next version, only to find new and more complex issues in the next versions. Sales do not talk to the account managers, who barely talk to the support or service teams. Unscheduled upgrades, fail-overs, perpetual support tickets and being told one thing whilst they do something else entirely.
