It also has a best way of tracking HR cases and it reduces the time for HR officers to respond to the employees requests and employees also see the status and stage of their requests.
I really liked the automation feature, It makes it easy to track candidates, coordinate with HR teams and help streamline the onboarding tasks.
ServiceNow HR Service Delivery has strong integration compatibility as it works very well with other HR enterprise systems including salary systems, attendance systems, and directory services which help HR department to save time and cost as well as silos. ServiceNow is also very good for tracking the status of the employee requests and queries and helps the HR department to see which requests are pending and it helps HR to resolve and respond to the queries in a timely manner.
ServiceNow HR Service Delivery provides a lot of customization and flexibility, but this can also become a disadvantage because a person can easily end up with an overly complex work chart that would be harder to maintain.
The system can be complicated to navigate which makes onboarding requests take longer than expected. I feel it gets slow sometimes when it requires too many steps to complete the basic tasks.
