The ECAP Platform is well designed, stable and performs reliably in daily operations. It offers an intuitive user interface and allows efficient handling of both, document management and document creation. From an IT administrative perspective, configuration and maintenance are straightforward and well structured. A key strength is the support provided by the ESCRIBA-Team. Response times are fast and there is always a competent contact available, even in case of incidents or urgent requests. Additionally, training sessions are offered with great trainer, which makes it easier to get started with the system.
