“Pre-Packaged Reports Lack Flexibility and Training Feels Rushed During Implementation”
This is great for payroll and HRIS. The reporting side of things is something that could use improvements. The training at implementation for each module is less than desirable. You are rushed through that part and there really is no time for questions. There are training courses you can take through the university, but they are lengthy and who has time for that. It would be nice if the implementation process was not rushed.

The implementation specialist was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. However, the implementation itself is complex and requires significant effort on the employer's side. It's a big and FAST lift for smaller HR teams and can be very hard to get through if not prepared.
