The dashboards and data provided allow me to understand my customers on a granular level to better direct where I should direct my marketing. The data is somewhat surface level, but you can dive deeper and find amazing insights about your customers

Shopify is consistent, it works and we can easily depend on the software/ecomm site to work flawlessly. I have automations set up to automatically print labels and receipts wants shopify receives an order, it truly has streamlined my oeprations and saves me a few hours per week with tasks I used to do before.

The best-liked features of Shopify are that it is very easy to use, combined with enterprise-grade scalability. It also allows the team to launch a professional-looking storefront quickly. The app store ecosystem is also a main and most liked feature, which includes SEO tools to manage the inventory.

- Easy to use: The intuitive design with drag-and-drop features makes it accessible even for beginners. - Customization: Wide rabge of themes and apps are available for meeting the most common requirements. - Payment options: It supports multiple payment gateways

Cost, and data depth. I wish we could pull more native traffic data from shopify and run more indepth reports on customers to understand trends better. I think it does a great job displaying sales data, but there's opportunity to improve this for sure

Shopify customization limitations features, especially at the time of checkout pages on the non-plus panel it is a challenge for large-scale businesses. The transaction fee that is also not using for the Shopify payments is a concern for international and large-scale businesses. Reliance on third-party apps can sometimes lead to a bad experience or high costs.

- Fees: A lot of transaction fees are implaced for most common payments options. - Lack of advanced features: Advanced features may require code, such as dynamic price calculator, integration with vendors API, etc. - Pricing: The monthly subscription may not be suitable for small businesses.
