Voice calling support is among the fastest latency and most reliable HD calling is great - when available single-interface SMS/MMS gateway API is decent
Ease and connectivity of the platform to our complicated tech stack
The SMS service has worked well so far and in my 3-4 years as a customer, I have not once encountered any unplanned outage. Being granted access to the Sinch portal also helped me to be able to extract SMS details needed for investigation on my own which helped reduce turnaround time in obtaining SMS data.
NOC team support is very poor. Slow to respond, very little feedback, often unaware or unwilling to believe there is a major outage
Lack of strategic direction to help expand /evolve the GTM solution
The price is on the steep side and can be reduced considering that there are other methods of notifications that are of a lower cost.
