What I like most about the product is the strong visibility and control it provides across cloud applications and data
It is easy to understand the configuration. Timely response to the cases raised. KB articles are available for known issues which are more useful.
What I like most about SkyHigh is its intuitive user interface and ease of policy management. The console is simpleto navigate, policies and clear and easy to configure, and the dashboard provides quick, actionable visibility into security activities, enabling efficient security management.
Overall, I've had a positive experience, but if I had to mention one area for improvement. Some advanced configurations and policy tuning can take a bit of time to fully understand at first. With more guided workflows and simplified setup for complex use cases, the initial learning curve can be even smoother.
Newer version release is taking a long time. Severity cases need to be addressed ASAP which is not happening. New product features need to be conveyed to customers in a detailed manner, so that we can use the same in our environment.
What I dislike most about Skyhigh is that some advanced features require additional configuration and expertise, and certain areas of reporting and customisation could be improved to provide greater flexibility and deeper insights.
