Nothing. But sometimes we are confused about the load of the dashboard on our system. Sometimes dashboard takes a good amount of time to load. Support tickets can be resolved much faster

Efficient functionality and support, but EDMs present challenges in configuration.
The platform is quite functional and meets a good part of the requerements, other unment demands require, for example, some additional licenses or a feature request. The support team that helps us on a daily basis is excellent, helpful and very collaborative, they assist us with testing and provide rich, detailed explanations. The support for tickets is good, and they always try to assist us in the best possible way. My experience with the tool has been very positive regargind the maintenance of the tool, configuration of policies, and other processes, the tool is very dynamic and easy to understand.
