Hybrid Environments require to deploy an on-premise collector which sometimes turns out to be unstable and troubleshooting is required most of the time from the vendor.

Only work with custom port exceptions. 2. Detailed documents are not publicly available. 3. Customer is expecting more granularity to configure policies but in some areas on the console, it is not possible.
