What I like most about SkyHigh is its intuitive user interface and ease of policy management. The console is simpleto navigate, policies and clear and easy to configure, and the dashboard provides quick, actionable visibility into security activities, enabling efficient security management.
It is easy to understand the configuration. Timely response to the cases raised. KB articles are available for known issues which are more useful.
Collaboration is very important to us, and being able to rely on the vendor during outages or impacts that affect end users is critical to us. Skyhigh has a Unified Cloud-Native Security Platform Strong DLP across web, cloud apps, email and private apps with adaptive policies and real-time control.
What I dislike most about Skyhigh is that some advanced features require additional configuration and expertise, and certain areas of reporting and customisation could be improved to provide greater flexibility and deeper insights.
Newer version release is taking a long time. Severity cases need to be addressed ASAP which is not happening. New product features need to be conveyed to customers in a detailed manner, so that we can use the same in our environment.
Custom reporting and dashboard responsiveness can feel less intuitive or slower than expected for some workflows While powerful, the product may require more robust documentation or training resources to accelerate onboarding
