Align with capable engineers to quickly solve the issues. Not all engineers are up to the mark. Additionally, provide import export options at every point of policy and lists.

The platform is quite functional and meets a good part of the requerements, other unment demands require, for example, some additional licenses or a feature request. The support team that helps us on a daily basis is excellent, helpful and very collaborative, they assist us with testing and provide rich, detailed explanations. The support for tickets is good, and they always try to assist us in the best possible way.
