The feature which I enjoy the most while using SKYPE for Business is the integration done with the Microsoft tools. The integration has made it very easy to schedule calls, share files and collaborate in real-time. The vedio-conferencing feautues stands out for their clarity and stability of voice and video.

it have quick call and screen share feature which helps alot.

Sometimes when there is a large meeting being held, the performance of the SKYPE degrades which makes it very annoying during an important discussion. Sometimes, the interface feels a little too old. Some modifications can be made.

Complexity: I find the interface and features complex, requiring a learning curve to use effectively.

chat history is not saved. Media shareability is not easy and have limitations.
