I like the security features offered by Smarsh. The tool ensures operational efficiency. It is an efficient E-Discovery solution for or business. I like that the archive is secure and searching is easy too. Supports scaling.
It appears to be a great program, if only I knew the secrets to how it works.
I like both product and service

From the initial contract to every contact with support, I have been frustrated. The initial contract was for $XXXX.XX. Then after a couple of months of frustration, I talked to somebody that sheepishly told me, to get Smarsh to do what I wanted, it would be an additional $XXXX.XX. In other words, if you want it to work, you gotta pay extra. Support speaks to you as if you know the tech language. That isn't helpful. When you start, you are basically thrown into the deep end of the pool with help videos. They are generally useless because they continue the tech-speak that the support people use. I have banged my head against the tech support wall for months on the same issue and all I get back is the same thing, watch the videos or they use techno-jargon which I don't understand. I'm a stock broker, not a computer tech.
Weekend support should be quick in response and resolution
