Simple, powerful CAT software with many connectors to other programs

As per my experience, CleverSo provides excellent customer support, very good AI-enabled translation with good accuracy and is easy to use, but the only issue I find is its high pricing.

We've been using the tool for about 5 years. When it was first integrated, I found it fantastic. Now, as time goes by, I'm starting to find it a bit outdated.

We deployed Unbabel to help our L4 production support engineers to communicate seamlessly for our APAC region based customers as we had to wait for local engineers to be available in support shifts due to the language barrier.

The biggest reason for using Language I/O is its cost effectiveness. We're using it mainly for the user friendly interface and its integration with Salesforce which is our go-to CRM. We like its capabilities, which are powered by AI and backed by a strong support team. This has increased our multilingual customer support services.

Overall the experience with pairaphrase was excellent. We took a while to choose the right fit for our organization for a translation software and are primarily using this to translate HR related items as well as training courses. Pairaphrase support team made the entire adoption process easy and took the time to answer our questions and continues to follow up with us.
