With the introduction of this service to the L4 support engineers, they no longer have to work in shifts so that they can support the language specific customers. Rather any available engineer can pickup the ticket and with the help of Unbabel, they can easily translate the contents of the ticket and communicate with the customer in real time without losing the effectiveness.

Dislike

Initial translations lacked nuance or context and required our support engineers intervention for correction. But as with any machine learning model, as the model matured, we now have less intervention required as the translations are almost accurate and efficient. Would have liked/expected it to work in this state right from day one instead of us having it trained in different regions before deploying in production.
