i like features like charts and collaboration, you can also do some automation, you can also easily customise dashboards. This is also available via the mobile app so its easy to operate on the go.

The best part of Smartsheet it has the various pros as shows: Pros:- -> Its has the project management & task alignment for the different tools which are integrated. -> Predefined various template which helps on setup the project tasks. -> most like about this tool is approvable process on the task it can be easy to do automation workflow, which helps us reduce the time on approval process. -> The low code app we developed using the smartsheet. -> We are able to do seamlessly the integrated the SSO for the our OKTA tool for the authentication.

1. Large roadmaps become cluttered and hard to read. 2. No support for backlog prioritization, user stories or workflow. 3. Powerful dashboards, but require some setup time to get leadership ready views.

Understanding the pricing structure isn't easy. it is connected to users and if you need advanced features it can be costly so a recommendation is to plan in advance about the features needed so that the list price for features is negotiated in advance.

As cons for the smartsheet would be, it can be cost of license. It feels higher side.

Azure DevOps has decent connectivity with Microsoft365. While it's not designed for waterfall, there's nothing that prevents you from using it that way. There's a plethora of plugins and customizations that may help you do what you want. I agree with Pranay below, there may not be one single provider that can check all the boxes.
