The support is limited. I have an ounce source support and it's very hard to get someone on the phone and they use a bot. that's not very good. but the overall community is great.
Don't have wizards.
Will be good to have the option to add columns or other edit option on the reports

See Full DiscussionAzure DevOps has decent connectivity with Microsoft365. While it's not designed for waterfall, there's nothing that prevents you from using it that way. There's a plethora of plugins and customizations that may help you do what you want. I agree with Pranay below, there may not be one single provider that can check all the boxes.

See Full DiscussionWe went with Wrike but that was not due to anything other than the fact that there were others groups already using Wrike. We also looked at Smart Sheet and monday.com. For our use case, we did not see much daylight between the three offerings.
