Sometimes it hangs mobile devices due to high memory usage during scan, some advanced spam/virus bypassed or undetectable, Remote wipe sometimes not working perfectly.
Support. It was so poor in experience past years (Also on other products ranges) that I am pretty much no longer confident to recommend this vendor their services to our customers.
Usage on Linux not as straight forward as Windows Usage on ChromeOS needs some work, though we support few of these devices Usage on MacOS can be a little contentious when MacOS requires a new OS update
