Read Full ReviewThe customer service is awful. They never actually fix issues, they just send you a link to an article and send you off to the trenches - so you just learn to live with the problem. Listening and Benchmarking are very hard to function, we actually cut them from our contract because we truly couldn't utilize them, even after getting some training on it. Data also frequently does not update correctly. I recently found out our Impressions were reporting wrong for years.
Read Full ReviewSome of the UIs can get clunky when dealing with data dashboards which are data heavy, and when there are multiple widgets on one dashboard, sometimes the data refresh takes a little bit too long, and moving around widgets (changing sizes) can become a bit confusing or unintuitive.

There are aspects of Sprinklr I do enjoy, but the customer service is really rough. I am not a Sprinklr engineer, but it is often expected that I am. Sprinklr Backend Complexity and Lack of Support Hinder Small Teams
We were a Sprinklr customer for 10 years and have witnessed many changes throughout the years. We received stellar customer service and had a wonderful experience for a significant portion of our time with them. However, once they went public everything seemed to go downhill. I am willing to attribute some of this to our own internal changes we were experiencing. But Sprinklr was no longer reliable as they had been in the past. A fair amount of our issues had to do with just how old and bloated our environment was after so many years. I do think a larger company with more dedicated internal resources would have a much better experience with Sprinklr.
