If I want to research a topic, I can easily set it up because it is also reliable in its feature set. It collects data from different sources and it is also very easy to download the collected data if you wish. It has a good overall user interface, is reasonably well organized and easy to use on a daily basis, easy to use and tons of cool features for case management and online reputation management with support for multiple platforms. Approval workflows are a great way to allow different levels of permissions for different people so from what I can tell it's pretty well done, being able to integrate with all Salesforce platforms is probably the biggest benefit.
