The main point would be the best value for the money, where the cloud services are often coming with a very challenging pricing, Spryker Cloud offers a very high value level. The second main point would be the support CX, I really value the CX center/experience I have with Spryker, it's always important to have the correct resource that you would reach out to in case of an incident, problem or a new initiative. And the last but not the least, since the performance is crucial for us, I can say that the cloud native architecture is ensuring the excellent performance even during the peak times of traffic/usage.

- The product is very flexible and comes with a wide range of customization options/capabilities, but this can make it complex for users who are not having a deep technical background/experience with the product, so it will require them more R&D. - The integration with the other legacy systems can be sometimes a headache but doable, but I believe that it can be better. - The documentation part could be better, as I mentioned about the wide range of features and customization, there are no enough documentation to help the team to customize the product to its best fit for us
