Lead and Opportunity modules are easily tailored for legacy and new sales initiatives. Sugar Automate is our new favorite tool, allowing us to create a guided sale for users, making complicated pitches easier and retaining documentation related to a single record.

There is a learning curve to understand the interactions between modules. It did take some time to figure out how best to utilize the module management. Amount of functionality could be a bit overwhelming to the sales team. Not everyone is comfortable moving columns or using the tools provided to tailor their experience. Amount of data available is overwhelming to sales team. While the ability to create dashboard views and reports is good, the sales team sometimes gets lost in the data.
