The three things which I like mainly are- 1. Ease in tracking leaves, total work hours, locating important contacts in the organisation tree 2. Useful UI - It is easy to navigate from one section to the other. 3. Dashboard feature - this is kind of a very centralised section where it shows the highlights of everything that is going on in the organisation at a glance.
I dislike 1. The location tracking is not accurate. 2. Technical issue - It sometimes shows an error while clocking out, it appears that you have clocked out but after a while it does not reflect 3. Initially for a person who hasn't used such interfaces, can face a problem, as there is too many sub panels and information packed in there

The overall experience of using this resource has been great. There are some key features that allow us to do some tasks like taking a leave and resigning without mailing directly. There are some drawbacks as well.
