Our company has been engaged with SGS F&A for almost 10 years now, the team is great, very cooperative and accommodating. Training and knowledge transfer has always been difficult, team turnover was at a high scale in the initial stage, team's dependency on Retained Organisation/client has always been a problem, lack of initiatives and purely bound to process steps never let the team think outside the box.
