Intuitive, easy to configure cloud solution. Reliable operational , etc

The product has generally done a good job of filtering out spam and phishing emails, which has helped to reduce the amount of unwanted messages for users. However, I've noticed occasional delays in delivery and the user interface is a bit clunky... sometimes you have to go digging in a labyrinth of settings. Overall, it does its job decently and the email filtering is actually pretty good, but whoever did the UI/UX design should be replaced.
