As we are one of the largest consumers of SysTrack, our Lakeside Customer Relations Manager and Customer Success Engineer hold 2 meetings per week to address and provide follow-up to to any questions, issues or feature enhancement requests we may have.

The UI interface feels outdated and clunky. Also understanding how to organize and process the data coming into the software requires in-depth knowledge that requires more training than expected. Finally, we weren't expecting the resource overhead with using this tool on the endpoint side. Positives about the software was that it did allow us to find root causes of issues quicker, as long as the root cause was something related to the information being gathered. The sheer amount of data that it does collect is impressive.
