We had some deployment delays at the start, otherwise it's actually a great tool!
Misses traditional coverage, doesn't have as much social data as competitors. There are other tools better for only traditional or only social monitoring.
There's really only one issue I have with Talkwalker. Currently, there is no way to apply sources or filters when creating a topic. This makes it difficult, especially when there are data limits.
