Tata used manage our DC network operations for more than a year. The service was based out of our internal service delivery platform, which is standard for all services. During the duration of the service, our Service managers were able to demonstrate significant improvements in the managed service delivery timelines and were quite satisfied with the service delivery. However, we had an additional internal engineering team supporting the service, in Integration with the managed network service, which also helped in the service improvement. Also there was significant overall improvement in the Reporting to service management. However, no workflow automation was attempted yet, and remaining to be targeted in the next iteration, and Customer support remained average.

Strong WAN capabilities with global reach. Service delivery is structured and process-driven, ensuring stability and predictable outcomes. after sales execuration and every day managed services have been disappointing. expecting a reliable proactive partner but ended up having to micro manage their support teams. Monitoring is mainly reactive, we often detect issues before they do. opening a ticket feels like entering and endless loop of shifting responsabilities with frustration all along. Very long time to fix even simple things when they don't worsen it up.

Dislike

Limited AI/Automation and missing Agentic AI in operations as compared to a few market leading providers. Poor turnaround on some support and change requests. Pricing is slightly on the higher side. Multiple iterations while negotiating.
