Tealium works really well with our other tools and makes integration easy to manage.
The marketplace has so many integrations and for the ones not present, we can easily select activation through custom webhooks.
Steep learning curve, and not being able to send the whole audience in one go. I would really like the ability to send the entire audience to a new connector without requiring a triggering event for each user
The platform can be complex at first, and the training resources are not very helpful. The learning platform feels outdated, and it lacks clear, practical guidance. I think this should be a very important point to get better. The training platform is the main problem. I've done training for other tools using the same platform and it's bad. It does not matter how good your tool or your content is.
Visitor Profile administration needs too much of custom steps, for events, if the enrichment is not present already we basically lose that data given everything is event based, they have come out with their Snowflake connection but that is event driven too limiting our ability to read warehouse data as it has cost concerns. Debugging and support is often a hit or a miss.
