Our relationship with TechM goes back to four years now. the transition and initial stabilization was difficult but now the things are quite smooth. We are able to work with them with very effective onshore : offshore ratio compared to some other service providers. The attitude is positive but you need to keep constant traction to get the delivery done. I will describe them as good doers but vision is required to be dictated by your organization.

Eventhough we have some issues finding the best resources for our needs, they are dealing in a complex organization and provinding services with a fair quality.
