We have been using Backbase DBP since 2016 and as extension, we also use their Customer Experience Platform. Backbase is expensive as compared to its peers but the functionalities, the SDKs and the widgets are well worth it. It enabled us to go to market faster and extend our capabilities.

In fact we put them under tremendous pressure due to the strict timelines that we were following and they were ever-willing to meet our needs , worked extra hours , as well as during weekly offs , as also during the Covid-19 crisis period working remotely , without any hitch !
