I like the ability to either manually or automatically apply the knowledge to help the agent be successful.
Ease of use, Simple UI
It has been quite accurate with the information it is providing our customers.
The main weakness that I have found is that once the knowledge article is there it does not refresh unless you manually tell it to. I would love for it to search those sites every so often to ensure the info is correct.
Growth plan seems much high in price. I could not find an option to export user information who used the chatbot.
The answers can be quite long and babbly.
