Torii easily integrates with dozens of SaaS applications and makes it easy to share access with the admins of these apps. You can create automated workflows that disable accounts, refund licenses, and share content with exited users' managers. If there's an app that they don't natively integrate with, you can make a custom API or ask their stellar support team for help. You can upload PDF's of your contracts and Torii will automatically scan it in, assign it to the apps contained in the contract, tell you if its auto-renew, and let subscribed power users know when the contract is up for renewal.
The integrations that the tool provides makes contact management so much easier.
UI
There are many Miscrosoft365 workflows, but there is no way to convert a terminated user to a shared mailbox and then assign Read/Manage permissions to that user's manager. You can convert the mailbox to shared, but you can't assign Read/Manage permissions at this time.
The web interface can be a bit confusing to navigate if it is your first time using it.
