OCR learning capability and better percentage on STP rates.
I like the automation Tungsten bosts in creating invoices, etc. A lot of info auto-populates and that is super helpful and saves time. Also, the color scheme is my favorite thing about this product. I love the blue and white and all the fun colors throughout the product.
3 years only you know the cost.
Support model - whenever we require support from their LPS, it's so slow and takes so much effort and time. You have to install this, install that, do this and that. In summary, it's not a seamless process and takes a lot of time from internal employees to troubleshoot and resolve an issue/enhancement. It's too much work. Ideally, they should be able to conduct investigations in a silo, but thats never the case, ever.
There was quite a learning curve to navigate through the user interface, especially in the invoice creation section. I feel like it could be simplified with things being outlined a little better.

The Tungsten Network does a lot of things right, but seem just one step behind some of its competitors. The functionality and features are great with lots of upside and ROI.
