It is a very cost effective option that helps us strengthen our knowledge pool and skill sets. It has greatly improved my confidence in our users and I really like how easy it is to continue learning across many different devices.
Flexibility to learn at my own pace. Accesible from everywhere as long as there is an internet connection. The large number of courses on different topics that have in the platform.
Best thing about Udemy Business is that I can learn at my own pace as per my available time. The course instructors are mostly industry experts which means it will provide real industry scenarios rather than just textbooks.
The only real issue I have experienced is that I have noticed that sometimes pricing can vary depending on timing or devices. Also there are almost too many options when searching for certain subjects of interest. Some classes are outdated.
The quality of some of the courses is sometimes too simple. Might be too expensive if you take many courses. It does require more moderation in the discussion forum.
I would say the communication and interaction between me and the instructor feels limited and the search feature does not provide a brilliant course at first.
