1-Community: It has a strong community for support . The forums really help whenever stuck with anything. 2-Scalalbility: It accomodates to the business needs. 3-Integration Capabilities : The integration with systems and applications is seamless and efficient.
What I like most about this product is its range of pre-built connectors and its user-friendly interface, is it integrates nicely into the UiPath ecosystem.
Ease of use, scalability and ability to integrate with third party services which helped in automating the end to end process. It also includes AI/ML capabilities, which is very trendy.
1-Cost: the pricing was a little on the higher side for small and mid level companies and startups. 2-Learning: The more advanced features and functionalities were hard to learn and teach to new joiners. 3-Customizations: The absence of customizations limits the interest in working with the service for longer periods. Becomes boring.
Custom integrations and complex workflows can be a challenge. There is definitely a learning curve involved that can be steep for new users.
Sometimes when building complex scripts, drag and drop can be challenging. I have observed that sometimes it turns off by itself and then i have to restart the whole system, which results in losing my code
